A woman from Sevilla, has presented a demand for being the inheritor of 3 million € after some detectives she had employed found DNA on the nappy of the sister of the presumed father and the testing confirmed she was the niece to the aunt.
The layers buffet Osuna confirmed the DNA match and also there was no way of obtaining DNA from the alleged father as his body has been cremated.
The claimant claims her mother met the farmer on one of his estates and that their sexual affair ‘prolonged over time’.
Given that the mother was a gypsy and give the differing social position of both families, the mother of the alleged father opposed their relationship, which was why hid away, notes the lawyer.
The mother got pregnant and the newborn was left which its maternal grandparents, while the supposed father paid for baby’s maintenance as would have been the custom at the time, delivering olive oil and garbanzos with other food and even arranged a teacher for the child – at some cost.
The lawyers assure the paternity of this farmer was ‘widely known in the locality’ and by those who knew both parties and he had no more children and died a bachelor. Also ‘there exists a clear physical similarity of the farmer with the alleged daughter, in face and also gestures, photos prove the former’
After the detectives had done their work the supposed biological aunt has used the DNA to make a demand for three million €, which means the living nephews of the supposed father, will have to pass to the claimant much of their inheritance which is in their possession.
