Policeman died in Valencia stabbed by the suspect for the suitcase crime


The agent was attacked when he was detaining the aggressor, who was brought down by his companion.

A policeman from the Homicides Group from the Valencia Main Police Station died yesterday after being stabbed during an arrest in Calle Sueca in Valencia. The agent was seriously injured in the attack, and despite the efforts of the health professionals to reanimate him, he finally died.

The aggressor is the suspect as the main author for the murder of a man whose body was found chopped up inside a suitcase in the early hours which had been abandoned at the crossroads between Avenida Peris y Valero with Calle Cabo Jubi.

During the arrest the suspect pulled out a knife and attacked the 51-year-old agent, his companion took out his gun and shot the accused.

Named Blas, the social networks and the Police with the Guardia Civil have all expressed their condolences for the great loss during service.

A body inside a suitcase dumped in the street
The police found in the early hours of yesterday, part of the remains of a person chopped up inside an abandoned suitcase in central Valencia.

The remaining torso has not been identified and had been stabbed which may have been his cause of death.
