The High Court is investigating the alleged irregularities in the organisation of the race, and the purchase by Valmor Sports – a bankrupt company who organised the event for one euro, assuming all the total loss.
Among the others attributed are the Mayor of Valencia, Rita Barberá, the deputy regional president, and provincial leader of the PP, José Císcar.
The prosecutor called the group to testify two months ago, when he started opened a legal complaint against Francisco Camps and the ex director of Valencia Television, Lola Johnson, for alleged embezzlement and breach of trust in the management of Formula One.
