The final conclusions of the technicians report are released today
After several months of work, the reports from the technicians on the type of explosives used in the March 11th 2004 Madrid Train Bombings, the conclusion can be drawn that in no case is there any link to the Titadyn brand explosives used by ETA which were stolen from a warehouse in France.

The report will be presented officially today, and there remains a difference of opinion between some of the experts over whether the explosive used was Goma 2 EC or Goma 2 ECO, because evidence of both was found at the scene.

However neither of the two explosives have any link to the Basque Terrorists ETA.
