Two others were injured when it came down near Moixent on Tuesday morning
One person has died and two others were injured after a light aircraft went down in Moixent, in the Valencia Region, on Tuesday morning, near the urbanisation ‘Cumbres de Valencia.’
The Civil Guard say the plane suffered a problem after it set off from Almansa, and was trying to make a forced landing on wasteland off the road between Navalón and Moixent. It hit a tree before it could make the landing, catching fire in the crash.
El Mundo says the aircraft was carrying out spraying in the area.
