Father under criminal investigation for taking son on Pamplona bull run

He lost visiting rights after running in front of the bulls with his ten year old son
The father who lost visiting rights after taking his ten year old son on the San Fermín bull run in Pamplona earlier this month is under investigation for a possible crime.

He’s already been given a 150 € local fine for infringing the ruling that only the over 18s can take part in the runs.

The boy’s mother presented a complaint for negligence after her ex-husband, Luis Miguel Gómez, decided to take his son by the hand and run with him in front of the bulls on 10th July. It led Instruction Court No. 1 in Fuenlabrada, Madrid, to withdraw both the visiting and holiday rights which were granted after the couple’s divorce.

The head of Instruction Court No. 4 in Pamplona, who made the decision for the investigation, has asked for evidence recording the event from local newspapers and national television stations.
