How come NaBai last week was a 'regionalist' party in your web site and now
is a 'radical nationalist' party?
How about 'pro-Basque' party.
What about calling UPN a 'radical Carlist' party? Or perhaps 'radical
Spanish nationalist?' or 'pro Spanish'?

It follows the decision of the Socialists in Madrid not to allow a pact in the Navarra region between the Socailists, Na Bai Nationalists and Left Wingers IU
The radical nationalist party in Navarra, Nafarroa Bai, has called for new elections in the region after it was confirmed by the PSOE Socialist party in Madrid that they had vetoed an agreement between the nationalists and the local Socialists in the region.
Na Bai considers that it is not correct that, as they put it, the future of Navarra is decided in Madrid.
It means that the Socialists will now abstain in the vote to re-elect the UPN (or Partido Popular) President for the region, Miguel Sanz.

You pose an interesting question 'Friend'.
As a result we are debating between our writers whether we should have a fixed style sheet for the sake of being consistent.
Then again does being 'regionalist' mean NaBai cannot be 'radical nationalist'. Perhaps we should not put any labels at all, but then, of course, the whole matter is far harder to understand for our readers.
(We would rather inform than influence although many who comment consider us to be far too Socialist).
We generally link the UPN with the PP and do no more, but certainly there is a long list of possible adjectives there too.
More comments are welcome.
