Two women claim to have seen the child being forced into a car by a man at a petrol stationTwo women claim to have seen the missing British toddler,
Madeleine McCann, in
Cartagena, Murcia. They say that the child was in the company of a man who forced her ‘in a bad way’ into a car.
Madeleine McCann disappeared from a tourist apartment in Praia da Luz on the Portuguese Algarve almost four months ago.
Only yesterday did her parents tell the Spanish press that they thought their daughter was still alive and in Spain.
Members of the Cartagena Civil Guard are now investigating the reported sighting at a petrol station on the
Tentegorra road in Cartagena, which they say took place last Tuesday evening at 7,45 pm. News of it has been kept quiet since then but reports are now appearing in the Spanish press such as
20minutos.es
The women claim that when the man with the child saw them looking at him, he forced the child into the Citroen ZX car and drove off.
