The event is open only to Professionals and runs for three days
The very first Andalucian food fair with an international character, Andalucía Sabor, opens tomorrow, Tuesday in Sevilla.

The International Fine Food Exhibition is organised by the Junta de Andalucía, and comes as more and more tourists are discovering the delights of Spanish cuisine.

Aimed at professionals and not the general public, the idea is
to provide more information on what is available in Andalucía.

Over the three days of the event, top International chefs will share their cooking tips and skills between themselves and with the professionals.

It’s a great idea, but a pity that it cannot be extended to the weekend and opened to the pubic, as seen with many trade fairs held in Madrid. A pity too that when on the English section of the fair website, the program is - ‘section under construction, please forgive any inconveniences’.

The event takes place at the Sevilla Congress Hall FIBES and runs Tuesday to Thursday this week.
