The alleged fraud and misappropriation of funds took place 20 years ago
The Prosecutor’s office in Málaga has asked for a total of 28 years in prison for three real estate businessmen and women from Marbella who are accused of defrauding members of the public who were trying to sell their homes.

They are also accused of keeping nearly 1,000 million pesetas in 1988 which purchasers had paid for property in a Marbella urbanisation. The total amount defrauded in the case is 5.7 million €.

It’s a complicated case with the company Dolla España which has been allegedly defrauded of the amount. It was run by a James T. and June T. They formed a contract with the Panameña Andalucía Hill Development, which had a David T. amongst its staff.

They were building the large estate Tiro de Pinchón in Nueva Andalucía, Marbella, and it was in this deal that the fraud is alleged to have taken place.

La Opinion de Málaga reports today that the case comes to court now, despite it being 20 years ago.
