Judge Juan del Olmo, who instructed the case, has found evidence that Saad Huseini could have been involved in the bombs design and assembly
The El Mundo newspaper is reporting this morning that National Court Judge, Juan del Olmo, who carried out the instruction in the Madrid Train Bombings case, has unearthed a new suspect who is believed to have been involved in assembling the bombs used in the attack on March 11th 2004.

The paper says the judge wants to see if the genetic profile of the suspect, Saad Huseini, coincides with evidence found. The Moroccan was arrested in March this year in connection with the bomb attacks against Spanish interests in Casablanca. He is known as El Químico, the Chemist.

The judge will start a three day trip to Morocco on Monday to obtain the DNA samples from Huseini and will also question another suspect of involvement in the bombings who has been named as Abdelilah Hriz.
