The station, M95TV now faces a large fine
The local TV station in Marbella, M95TV is facing a fine of between 300,000 and 600,000 € after broadcasting pornography during children’s hour.

The Andalucia Audiovisual Council CAA say they are waiting for an explanation from the channel after they have evidence that X rated material was broadcast on October 26 before 6,30pm in the evening.
