Real Madrid will face Mallorca and Barcelona will play Sevilla
The next round of the King’s Cup in Spain will be decided between teams only from the Primera Liga, for the first time in nearly 40 years.
Of the 20 teams in the Primera, only Almería, Murcia, Deportivo and Osasuna have been knocked out so far.

At the draw for the next round in Madrid today, the main attraction has emerged as the pairing between Sevilla and Barcelona. Real Madrid face Mallorca, Athletic faces Español, Valencia will play Betis and Atlético will face Valladolid.
The rest of the draw is made up with Getafe against Levante, Recreativo against Villareal and Zaragoza against Racing.

The first leg of the ties will be played on January 9th with the return on January 16th.

Also decided today was the quarter final draw. That will see Madrid or Mallorca against the winner between Getafe and the Levante. Barcelona or Sevilla against the winner between Recreativo and Villarreal. And with winner between Atlético and Valladolid will meet the victor between Valencia and Betis.
