The wording of the Internet advert was amended after floods of complaints
Two well-known Internet job-seekers sites have revised the wording of an advert which appeared in their situations vacant sections, after dozens of complaints about one of the employer’s minimum requirements.
El País said the job on offer was for a personal assistant for a company in Las Rozas, Madrid, who must have their own car and also be bilingual in English and Spanish. The third requirement was to have a conservative ideology, and in brackets, just to clarify any doubt, a supporter of right wing parties.
The amendment was made by the afternoon of the day the advert was placed.
