Ferrán Adría revealed his latest discovery at a food fair currently on in Barcelona
Mackerel semen is the new secret ingredient from top Spanish chef, Ferrán Adría. He revealed the latest culinary delight at the second edition of the BCN Vanguard food fest in Barcelona where the most adventurous chefs from the world have gathered.
It’s said that the Mackeral semen has a creamy texture and a taste described as ‘delicate’.
Adría is also now singing the praises of tuna marrow, and black garlic which comes imported from Japan.
