A waiter at a countryside venta in Vejer has been arrested for stabbing and allegedly threatening to shoot a customer who he had refused to serve.

According to information from central government offices in Cádiz province, it happened last Thursday after the waiter had repeatedly refused to serve the customer, and the two men began to fight. There is something missing here- and as a restaurant customer myself, I'm rather keen to know- WHY?

What is the secret word, or gesture, that triggers this reaction in the otherwise charming and good- humoured staff?
