There is something missing here- and as a restaurant customer myself, I'm
rather keen to know- WHY?
What is the secret word, or gesture, that triggers this reaction in the
otherwise charming and good- humoured staff?

A waiter at a countryside venta in Vejer has been arrested for stabbing and allegedly threatening to shoot a customer who he had refused to serve.
According to information from central government offices in Cádiz province, it happened last Thursday after the waiter had repeatedly refused to serve the customer, and the two men began to fight. The customer said he was threatened with an air pistol, and needed eight stitches to a knife wound after the waiter stabbed him in the back.
The waiter was arrested on the Friday, and the knife and air pistol were confiscated by arresting officers.
