The bodies were found floating in the sea off Cádiz province

The Civil Guard have recovered the drowned bodies of two illegal immigrants off the coast of Cádiz.

The first body was discovered floating in the sea off Guadalquitón on 24th December, near San Roque. The body was in an advanced stage of decomposition.

The second body, described as a thirty year old Moroccan, was discovered in the sea off Tarifa on Christmas Day. The authorities say that it appeared he tried to reach the coast with a home-made raft, constructed out of plastic barrels.
