• Three years in prison for abusing his own daughter - Jun 9, 2008 - 7:50 AM
The abuse happened over a period of months in the family home.
The provincial court in Málaga has sentenced a Nerja man to 14 years and three months in prison for repeatedly raping his daughter from the age of 14. In addition the father will have to pay 60,000 € compensation to the daughter and have no contact with her for a period of five years.
The court heard that he abused her two or three times every week for several months from the summer of 2002, and that the aggressions took place both in the family home in Nerja and in a cortijo they owned in Torrox.
The victim told the court that she decided not to tell her mother as she did not want to worry her, and also that her father had threatened that she could find herself alone in the world if she spoke out.
The abuse came to light when the parents separated. The victim, who is now 20, needed psychological treatment.

This person should be really ashamed of himself. He raped his own daughter,
his own blood related daughter. He should stay away from her for more than
5 years atleast for ever. He was the one that made her suffer like that.
Shameful!!!!!!!!!!!!!1
