A great result for Nadal and a second place in the Moto GP for Jorge Lorenzo, despite two broken ankles.

It was revenge for Rafa Nadal against Roger Federer in Hamburg yesterday with the Spaniard coming back from two breaks against him in the first set on his way to a 7-5, 6-7 and 6-4 win.
Rafa Nadal now joins Kuerten and Ríos as the only champions to have the three Masters titles on clay, and now equals Sampras with 11 Masters Series wins.

Despite having two broken ankles and suffering yet another high-speed fall in practice, rookie Spaniard in the Moto GP, Jorge Lorenzo came back from 18th to second yesterday, to end the French GP behind only the winner, Valentino Rossi.
After the race Lorenzo repeated that he was not chasing the title this year, but merely learning.
