Reserve prices in the auction start at 49,990 Euros
More evidence of the real estate slowdown comes from La Manga del Mar Menor in Murcia, where a group of 86 apartments are to be auctioned off at discounts of 50%.
The Atisreal company has started an internet auction for the properties which have sea-views and one or two bedrooms. There are also six attics available.
The flats are between 49 and 130 square metres large and starting prices begin at 49,990 €.
