Editor: A genuine question if you can answer please?
What does Spain ACTUALLY DO with regard to these immigrants who manage to get to the Canaries or Mainland Spain eg.Cadiz,Almeria? Not what the Spanish Policy is, but what happens to them in reality? Are they REALLY returned to their Country they set out from??
