Robert Kubica admitted the possibility on Catalan radio.
BMW driver, Robert Kubica, has admitted that Fernando Alonso could be driving for the team next year. It’s the first time that anyone from BMW has accepted the possibility. Speaking to the Catalunya Radio programme ‘Tot gira’ he said that it was a possibility.
The two drivers are known to be friends and Kubica has said he would enjoy having Alonso as a team-mate as he gives a lot to the team and is a very great driver. BMW chief, Mario Theissen, however said last Saturday that signing Alonso was not his style.
Other rumours put Kubica in Ferrari next year.
