The Spaniard had no problems overcoming Andy Murray in straight sets.
Rafa Nadal is through to the semi-finals of Wimbledon after playing what he described as his best ever match in Wimbledon.
He controlled the play and pounced on the Andy Murray second serve to beat the scot 6-3, 6-2 and 6-4 in just 115 minutes.
The other Spaniard Feliciano López is out, beaten by Marat Safin who now meets Roger Federer in the semi finals.
Nadal’s opponent is not known yet – but will be winner of the match between Rainer Schuettler and Arnaud Clement which was halted because of a lack of light last night when one set all.
