Caught three times driving without a licence

A 23 year old man was arrested by police in Churriana.
A 23 year old Málaga youth has been stopped by the Local Police in Churriana for the third time, caught driving without a licence. Reports in 20minutos.es say the car was obviously being driven badly with sharp breaking and accelerating movements.
The man will now face charges of dangerous driving. The previous two times the man was stopped, only a moped was involved.

One should come and visit my village Benalup Casas Viejas, Cadiz where 30%
of car drivers have no license and around 90% in the case of motorbikes.
The local police prefer to sleep in their police car or walk around in a
safe area just for the show rather than take any risk stopping suspect
drivers.
