The Wimbledon Champion rejected suggestions that he was the best sportsman in Spain.
Speaking in his native Manacor on Mallorca yesterday, Rafa Nadal has said that becoming the World Number One is clearly his main objective. Saying he was trying to remain humble he rejected the suggestion that he was now the best sportsman in the country following his win at Wimbledon last weekend. He described Roger Federer as the best tennis player of all time.

Thousands of local people turned out to welcome back Nadal, who appeared on the balcony of the local Town Hall.
