The Madrid Court ruled that the four policemen had carried out an administrative irregularity, and not a crime.
The Provincial Court in Madrid has found the four policemen accused of manipulating a report on the March 11th 2004 train bombings which made a reference to Basque terrorist group ETA, not guilty.
The court said that an administrative irregularity had taken place when the men used the presence of Boric Acid to suggest a link to ETA, but that no crime had been committed.
