It's understood the subject of illegal immigration was discussed.

Morocco has said that the enclaves of Cueta and Melilla should not be an ‘obstacle’ to relations with Spain.
Spanish Prime Minister, José Luis Rodríguez Zapatero met with King Mohamed VI in Rabat on Friday to push ahead with bilateral relations on his fourth visit to the African country.

Moroccan Prime Minister, Abas el Fasi, said that Ceuta and Melilla should not be an obstacle to the excellent relations between the two countries, and the matter of the sovereignty of the enclaves was put discretely to one side.

Zapatero was only in the country for some five hours and is reported to have discussed the problem of illegal immigration with both the Prime Minister and the King. Both sides agreed that improvements could be made, and a forthcoming trip to Morocco by the Spanish Interior Minister, Alfredo Pérez Rubalcaba, was announced to that end.
