• Cudeca Cancer Care Hospice closes the in-patient unit for four weeks - Aug 17, 2008 - 12:29 PM
This personal appeal is made by Helen Pursey, a cancer victim, and patient of Cudeca Hospice.
Foundation Cudeca is a registered NGO charity that provides hospice palliative care, without cost, to patients suffering from advanced non-curable cancer with support to their family. Their highly qualified medical teams supported by specially trained volunteers, offer patients treatment through their Home Care, In-Patient and Day Care programmes.
Although Cudeca Hospice teams are not able to add days to life, I know from my personal experience, that with their special kind of care they work from their knowledge and also from their hearts to “Add Quality of Life to Days”.
The In-Patient care unit is at risk of closing due to lack of funds. Please help by becoming a benefactor to give 10 euros a month payable by direct debit through your bank. Details for payment are available on the Cudeca webpage www.cudeca.org or by telephoning the Hospice Centre on 952 56 49 10
