It happened in the Pólvora gardens in Murcia.
Local police in Murcia have arrested a 17 year old boy who is accused of hitting a dog with a traffic sign until it died. It allegedly happened at 1.30pm on Wednesday in the Pólvora gardens in the city.

When called to the scene the local police say they saw a 17 year old boy and 18 year old girl next to a dog in pain. Witnesses there told the police that the boy had been hitting the animal, which belonged to the girl, with the traffic sign.

He now faces charges of ill-treating an animal in a pubic place.

I hope this vicious thug of a pretend human being gets sent to prison where someone will give him a taste of how it feels to be beaten. May he suffer in hell.

If I didn't know the people in this country better then I'd say this couldn't happen but unfortunately I DO know them and after only 5 years of living here I have seen literally a handfull of kind people treating animals well the others are savages and should be put down and the animals saved. And how can so-called "witnesses" stand-by and let this happen? Have they NO CONSCIENCE,NO COURAGE,EITHER ALONE OR TOGETHER THEY SHOULD HAVE SAVED THIS ANIMAL AND BEATEN THIS WORTHLESS PIECE OF CRAP AND PAID TOGETHER TO TREAT THE POOR ANIMAL,not bother with the police!!
