Body of 11 year old girl found dead at home in Las Palmas

The 11 year old Korean girl had been left home alone last night.

The body of an 11 year old Korean girl has been found in her home in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria. The family say the girl had been left in the home alone yesterday in the Plaza de Manuel Becerra in the district known as La Isleta.

Her body was found late last night and police are still to release the form and circumstances of her death. The family say her father found the body when he returned home.

A full investigation is now underway.
