The cost of the demolitions will have to be met by the real estate promoters.
Marbella Town Hall says that they are to start to demolish illegal buildings in the town before the end of the year.
La Opinión de Málaga reports that the P.P. administration has already started talks on the first demolition orders for some of the structures built illegally. Mayor Ángeles Muñoz said that the matter will be debated in the next council planning meeting next week.
The costs of demolition will have to be met by the promoters who built the illegal buildings outside the PGOU urban plan.
