Bodies of mother and daughter found in Elche flat

First indications are that the couple committed suicide.
The bodies of a 60 year old mother and her 38 year old daughter have been found in a flat in Carrús, Elche.
Police have opened an investigation, but first indications are that it was a possible suicide with an empty butano bottle being found in the same room as the bodies. There was also a suicide note written by the two and dated August 29.
Police were alerted when a neighbour returning from holiday noticed the smell coming from the flat.
