Lola and Kanauri were found guilty of the planning of the kidnapping of Basque businessman, Cosme Delclaux in November 1996.
Two ETA Basque terrorist activists have been sentenced to 17 years in prison for the kidnapping of the Basque businessman, Cosme Delclaux in November 1996, and who was held in a hide for some 232 days.
Dolores López Resina, known as Lola and José Javier Arizcuren Ruiz, known as Kantauri, ordered and took part in the kidnapping according to the verdict of the National Court.
The court ordered the two to pay 120,000 € in compensation to the family and to return the 6 million € paid by the family in ransom at the time.
Another four ETA activists have already been sentenced in the same case.
