It follows a spate of agressions against health workers.
70 closed circuit cameras are to be used to protect health service workers in hospitals and ambulatorios in Granada province.
The measure has been taken after health professionals in the province have suffered seven physical and 24 verbal aggressions so far this year.
The Andalucian Health Service, SAS, says it also intends to install metal detectors and anti-panic alarms.
