Pablo was left in his seatbelt on the bus and only found when a driver went to the bus garage at 1pm to start another service.

The parents of a three year old Pablo from Barcelona have placed a denuncia to the regional police, Los Mossos d’Esquadra, that their son was left and forgotten on a school bus for four hours.

It seems the bus monitor placed the seat belt on the child but forget about him when the bus arrived at the school in Vacarisses, Barcelona. The bus driver also failed to see the child and took the bus back to the garage.

Pablo’s mother, Maria Luisa Brazo, says she has taken legal action after failing to get a reasonable explanation for what she sees as a case of negligence after he child was trapped in the bus in the garage for hours.

He was found when a bus driver entered the garage at 1pm to start another route. By this time the child was crying and had wet himself. Mum Maria Luisa says he child will never use the school bus again.
