Three women are claiming sexual abuse and agression from the police at a club in Nueva Andalucía.
The two local policemen from Marbella have been sent to prison on remand without bail following the allegations from three women of rape and sexual abuse in a club in Nueva Andalucía. They face charges of sexual aggression, causing injury and failing to report crime and the trafficking of drugs.
Four other Marbella local police, three men and a woman, also face charges in the case, for not reporting their colleagues action, but as yet there is no date for them to declare to the court.
Yesterday in Instruction Court 1 in Marbella one of the women ratified her earlier account of what happened and a protected witness confirmed the alleged aggressions against the women did indeed take place.
Judge Ricardo Puyol continues to instruct the case.
