Espanyol fined 3,000 Euro for incidents at derby game

The club also received a warning that its ground could be closed.

The Espanyol football club has been fined 3,000 € and warned that its stadium could be closed following incidents seen at the derby game against Barcelona loast September 27.

The fine and warning came from the Spanish Football Federation Competition Committee.

During the game flares were thrown in the public stands.
