Diary of a Nymphomaniac opens on Friday and posters for the film show a woman in skimpy underwear.
A row has broken out in Madrid after the City Hall censured a poster for a film in the city ‘Diary of a Nymphomaniac’.
The poster shows below the waistline of a woman wearing only a piece of underwear, and director of the play, Christian Molina, has complained that there have been many difficulties in promotion the film, with the EMT bus company for example saying they will not accept the poster because of their ‘advertising self-controls’. They say the age ranking of the film should be added to the poster. The film opens on Friday.
