Underground petrol theft in Elche

The sophistical theft has been discovered by the CLH company.

The CLH company has complained to the police that they have been robbed of petrol from the pipeline they own which runs between Cartagena and Alicante.

They say that sophisticated thieves broke the pipe underground and installed a hidden tap above ground to take the fuel close to Elche, and that the theft was first detected some ten days ago, and that it had caused some contamination of the area.
