Four dinner monitors have been arrested in the case and will appear in court in Alicante today.
The three dinner hall monitors who were arrested earlier this week at a school in El Campello, after child abuse allegations were made, have denied any abuse to the Guardia Civil. A fourth man refused to declare, and his colleagues have called for him to be released.
The school headmistress at the Colegio Rafael Altamira, and other workers at the college have also given statements as witnesses to the Guardia Civil were as many as ten allegations of abuse were made.
The case opens in the courts in Alicante today where the four arrested men will appear before noon, when the legal 72 hour detention limit expires.
