Fines of as much as 1,800 Euro have been issued against the establishments because of noise.
Murcia City Hall has fined 19 pubs and bars in the city between 300 and 1,800 € for leaving the door or window open.
In a new crackdown against noise three other bars were fined for producing too many decibels.
Most of the noisy establishments are close to La Merced where last year local residents presented 125 complaints.
New legislation passed in the region last summer means that fines of upto 300,000 € can be issued for excessive noise pollution.
