The company will be led by the dancer and choreographer, Victor Ullate.Víctor Ullate is to direct the National Classical Dance Company. The dancer and choreographer has been selected to lead the new company which will be based at the Canal Choreography Centre in Madrid.
El Mundo reports that the first performance will be ‘La Cena’.
The Councillor for Culture from the regional Madrid Government, Santiago Fisas, announced the creation of the new national dance company, still officially nameless, but with a fundamentally classical brief.
