A judicial order against the property in Gerena, Sevilla, was issued a year ago.
The owner of an illegally built villa in Gerena, Sevilla, has been ordered to prison by a judge in Sevilla for refusing to carry out a judicial demolition order on his home.
M.C.B. will have to serve a six month sentence for failing to following the order issued against the 80 square metre property and swimming pool of a similar size a year ago in the area known as Las Perreras, on land not classified for building.
The new PGOU urban plan for the area does not envisage any reclassification of the land.
