The end of Easter was marked by poor weather in the north and east of the countryThe Spanish Meterological Agency, AEMET, says the storm which brought cold and poor weather to the end of Holy Week in the north and east of the country is now moving away.
A yellow alert for rain remains in place in Mallorca, but a new front will move across the country from the NE tomorrow.
Now the danger is that of avalanches in Navarra, Huesca, Lérida, Gerona and the mountains of Barcelona.
More rain forecast today in eastern Cantabria and in the NE of the peninsular, and that new front brings rain to Galicia.
Showers on the Canaries, and warmer than of late despite the Northerly winds which will be strong in the Gulf of León, and on the Balearics and the Canaries.
