The sister in law of Marbella socialite, Gunilla von Bismarck, German Countess Sandra Bismarck, has been indicted in the latest turn in the corruption in Marbella outside the main Malaya case.
Also indicted by the judge, Oscar Pérez, in this new proceeding is the ex Municipal Real Estate Assessor, Juan Antonio Roca, and another five people. They are the lawyers, Francisco Antonio Soriano Pastor and Juan Luis Soriano Pastor, who already face charges in the main Malaya case, as well as Alexandra María Sybilla Sofie Grafin Von Bismarck, Alberto Mondine Gusberti, and Andre Marie Robert Goullet.
They are accused on charges of money laundering, influence peddling, bribery, perversion of the course of justice and fraud.
All those indicted have been called to give statements to the judge on April 29.
