First investigations into the coach crash at Miajadas, in Extremadura on Wednesday this week, which resulted in three deaths, indicate that the driver is thought to have been travelling at excess speed and could now face charges of negligent homicide.

The vehicle overturned on a roundabout, resulting in three deaths, of two women aged 21 and 24, and a 68 year old man, and ten serious injuries, five of which have now been allowed home from hospital.
