Last Spaniard bows out of Wimbledon 2009

Britain’s Andy Murray was just too good for the last Spaniard in Wimbledon, the world number 70, Juan Carlos Ferrero. The match on centre court ended 7-5, 6-3 and 6-2, and now Murray goes on to meet Andy Roddick in the Semi Final on Friday.

Despite the defeat Ferrero can take some comfort from getting so far, after only playing this year thanks to a wildcard entry.
