The player, who is on his way to Real Madrid, smashed the window of the photographer's car

Cristiano Ronaldo, the Portuguese player who is on his expensive way to Real Madrid, has been accused of injuring a 17 year old girl and hitting a photographer in Lisbon. The player has issued a statement apologizing for his behavior after he broke the photographer’s car window.
‘When my mother is affected, I don’t allow them to bother me’, he said.

The Correio de Manha reports that the incident happened last Sunday night when the player lost his cool after, he said, having been persecuted for several months by the same photographer. The girl was with the paparazzi.

Ronaldo said that the chasing photographer had upset his mother greatly, and so he felt he had to stop his car to convince them to leave him in peace. He said the photographer tried immediately to blackmail him over what had happened and to sell the recording of the aggression.
