British pensioner found dead in Estepona swimming pool

His body had been there for some days when it was discovered on Saturday

A 71 year old man, said by the EFE news agency to be British, has been found dead in a private swimming pool on an urbanisation in Estepona. His body was discovered by a neighbour on Saturday afternoon in the pool on Calle Ocio, on the Buenas Noches urbanisation, and it appears that the un-named pensioner had been dead for some days.

There has been no information as yet on the cause of death, and it’s understood National Police are in charge of the investigation.
