Sevilla celebrate in Stuttgart - EFE
Meanwhile Iker Casillas talks about retirementThere was a surprising home defeat for Barcelona on Tuesday night in the Champions league against the modest Russian side, Rubin Kazan, which went ahead with a goal in the first minute. Barcelona failed to react until the second half, and despite Ibrahimovic scoring his first goal for the side in the competition, the match ended 1-2.
Dani Alves was injured and will be out for some three weeks. He will undergo tests on Wednesday to the injury to his right leg.
Sevilla brought home the goods however with a 1-3 win in Stuttgart, and now look likely to reach the next stage of the competition. Sebastien Squillaci headed two of the Sevilla goals and Navas scored the third. Sevilla now lead their group.
Meanwhile 28 year old Iker Casillas has said he could well retire if Spain win the World Cup. He plays his 100th Champions League game for Real Madrid today against AC Milan.
